Sales Accounting & Sales Manager (West)
Description
Should have Around 8-10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of Steel/Steel Product ( Preferrably seamless).
Should Possess a clear knowledge of Industry, Products, Application Engineering & market dynamics.
Industry: Oil & Gas (Onshore/Offshore), Refineries & Petrochemical, Automotive, Boiler & Heat Exchanger Industries. etc.
Evaluation and review of incoming projects/tender floated for above products.
New Customer/Product development – Getting quotations from vendors/suppliers at bidding stage after technical review of tender. Evaluate quotations techno-commercially & qualify vendors, negotiate and finalise orders, making pre-bid arrangements with suppliers, ensure payment collection etc
Preparation of tender for domestic projects repare tender with all exclusive documents like Bid Bond, Integrity pact, Power of Attorney etc. by observing all legal norms of tender. Attend pre-bid meeting. E-tendering – Create bids, submit tender online, participate in reverse auctions.
Adapt appropriate strategies to accomplish tenders into orders.

Interaction and meeting with domestic OEMs for giving presentations/technical discussions/negotiating offers/vendor registration/sales promotion/order execution/overall business functions.
Know your competition/their market share/prepare market matrix in order to implement segment wise pricing strategy.
Ensure policy guidelines are communicated and followed by prospective customers.
Participate in trade seminars/exhibition/promotional activities.
